Strengthening the connection between knowledge and practice.

About CAST

CAST is a systems-focused institution working at the intersection of knowledge, learning, and implementation.

We focus on how knowledge is translated into practical capability and measurable outcomes.

Our Origin

CAST emerged from the recognition that knowledge alone is not sufficient to produce meaningful outcomes.

Across education and institutional systems, there is often a gap between knowledge generation and real-world application.

This gap led to the development of CAST as an institution focused on systems translation.

Our Identity

CAST is an applied systems institution.

We design frameworks and approaches that strengthen the connection between knowledge, institutions, and practical participation.

Looking Ahead

CAST continues to develop frameworks and implementation approaches focused on education systems, knowledge translation, and capability development.
